How to create an IT Support Ticket?

Creating an IT Support Ticket is time effective and efficient for the User and the IT Support staff.  It allows the user to return to office tasks and IT Support is notified immediately via email.

  1.  Go to the IT Support Desk link on the home page of the Intranet or click here.
  2. Login to the IT Support Desk Portal or Sign Up with a User Account.  Remember to Document your Username and Password for later use.

3. Create a New Support Ticket or Check the Ticket Status of a Previous Ticket.

4. Fill Out the Submit a Ticket Form and Press Submit.
